Facing Infertility Together - We can help

Warriors heading in to 2023 together

Shared from IVF Babble

As we start a fresh new year, we want to send our love and strength to everyone battling with infertility.

Life certainly is hard enough, but when you start trying to conceive, and soon realize that it just isn’t going to happen quickly or perhaps naturally, life gets even tougher.

Over the last year, we have had conversations with so many of you incredible warriors, who have fought so hard to conceive, through IVF, fought the pain of miscarriage, fought through the emotional turmoil . . . and have kept on going. We stand up and salute your strength and determination and pray that 2023 is the year that you stop fighting and achieve your dreams of parenthood.

We also want to stand up and hug so tightly, the men and women who fought so hard but are unable to carry on with their fertility journey. We hope that you can find peace in your lives and want you to know that we are still always here for you.

For those that did achieve their dreams of parenthood, we say to you “YES!!!”. You did it!

So, despite the cheers and champagne corks flying, and family and friends telling us they love us amongst hugs and kisses, there will always be a sense of sadness as the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve. Sadness for the men and women who are still fighting, for those that have had to give up the fight, and those scarred by the fight.

There is a special bond between men and women who are unable to conceive naturally though, so wherever you are on your journey, whether it be at the beginning, middle or end, we hope that you have connected with each other for a beautiful shoulder to lean on.
