47 Companies That Offer Awesome Fertility Benefits

Fertility benefits are integral to supporting employees of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and family structures—and it’s time that employers start prioritizing these benefits as must-haves in order to give all employees more inclusive opportunities in their family planning.

During the pandemic, fertility preservation procedures like egg freezing have dramatically increased as more and more women are delaying their plans to get pregnant or reducing the number of children they plan to have. Other women realized that dating during the pandemic was...different, causing an increased demand for more family planning options.

Dr. Fahimeh Sasan, a founding physician at Kindbody, a national chain of egg freezing clinics, says, “For a lot of patients, dating has changed and they’re saying, ‘I thought I would have a lot of opportunities to date and I can’t date right now.’ Being single during the pandemic felt very different from being single pre-pandemic—you’re not going to parties and networking or even meeting people at work.”

Plus, infertility is common—12 percent of women in the US aged 15 to 44 have issues with fertility and the number of people diagnosed with infertility in the past 25 years has grown by 20 percent.
